"Neuer Berliner U/S-Bahn-Plan": Vektorbild in Illustrator, 2013, Versuch von mir, einen eleganteren und klareren Plan für das Berliner U/S-Bahnnetz zu finden. Angefangen habe ich mit den U-Bahnlinien und der Intention sie so weit wie möglich zu vereinfachen. Meine Variante besitzt noch 7 Knicke in den Linien - im offiziellen Plan sind es nur für die U-Bahnlinien 37. Dem folgten dann die S-Bahnlinien. Abgesehen von der vereinfachten Liniendarstellung gibt es auch noch einige andere Ideen für verbesserungen. Etwa die getrennte Darstellung von U-Bahn (gestrichelte Linien) und S-Bahn (durchgezogen), weil deren Farbcodes oft sehr ähnlich sind und man so eine Linie schneller findet im Plan. Oder der Gewichtung von Umsteigebahnhöfen durch größere oder kleinere Symbole. Große Darstellung

"New Berlin Grid": Vectors in Illustrator, 2013, Try by me to find a more elegant and clearer Design for the Berlin transport grid. I startet with the subway lines and the intention to simplify them as much as possible. My variant only has 7 knees left, instead of 37 in the official plan for the subway lines only. I then tried to do the same with the S-Bahn-lines. Besides the simplified designs for the lines there is some other ideas for improvement. Like the separated design for graphs of U-Bahn (dotted lines) and S-Bahn (solid lines), because of the often very nearby colors for certain lines that makes it harder to find them in the official plan.
